Why Bee Condos Are Important
A Mason Bee Condo provides a place to raise young bees. Note that the
Mason Bee lives in wooden blocks, which is unlike other bees ( other bees
normally live in nests). However, even though it lives in wooden blocks,
they do not drill their own holes - the Mason Bees use holes that already
exist. Our Mason Bee Condos are the perfect answer for these excellent
pollinators and help your garden flourish!
So what goes with butterflies? Bees, of course! The Mason Bee Condo will
attract an extraordinary pollinator, with a sting no worse that a mosquito bite.
Mason bees will help you with your garden - the bee condo ( or bee house ) will allow bees to nest
in the holes in spring, and seal them up with mud after they lay their eggs.
The mature bees will emerge from the holes of the bee condos the following spring.
